How long does UK delivery take?

What does a Spicy Cubes order cost in the UK?
Prices are set in pounds sterling: one 30-gummy pouch is £29.00, with larger packs priced up to £145.00 for 300 gummies. Our Spicy Cubes price and pack sizes guide works out the price per gummy for every pack. Outside the UK, the currency shown at checkout depends on your region. Shipping is free, and Satiovex adds no tax line and no handling fee on top of these prices.
Does Satiovex add tax or shipping charges at checkout?
No. Every delivery zone in our store, including the United Kingdom, is set to a free tracked rate, and Satiovex does not add a tax line or a handling fee on top of the price. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay us.
One thing sits outside our checkout: customs. When a parcel crosses a border, the customs authority of the destination country can apply its own import VAT or duty, and it sets those rules, not Satiovex. Our shipping policy says that for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your local authorities, and that they are set by your government. This page does not state where a parcel is dispatched from, so it cannot tell you in advance whether a particular UK order will meet a customs charge.
For reference, this is what GOV.UK says about goods sent from abroad to Great Britain, in its guidance as we read it on 13 October 2026. Northern Ireland has its own rules, which GOV.UK sets out separately. The full guidance is linked under Sources.
- VAT. GOV.UK says VAT is charged on goods sent from outside the UK to Great Britain, with gifts valued at £39 or less as the exception. For goods valued at £135 or less in total that you bought yourself, and that are not excise goods, it says the seller will have included VAT in the total you paid.
- Above £135. For goods valued at more than £135 in total, GOV.UK says you pay VAT to the delivery company, either before delivery or when you collect the parcel.
- Customs Duty. The GOV.UK table shows no charge for non-excise goods valued at £135 or less. Above £135 it says the rate depends on the type of goods and where they came from.

Can I cancel or return a UK order?
Two things apply side by side. The first is our own 30-day money-back guarantee: email contact@satiovex.com with your order number, and refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. The refund policy has the terms.
The second is the statutory right. Our shipping policy says that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving an order, and that this sits on top of the 30-day guarantee. GOV.UK guidance for businesses describes the same 14-day right for distance sales: sellers must tell customers they can cancel up to 14 days after delivery, and customers do not need to give a reason. The guidance is written for sellers, and the page lists exceptions that we have not reviewed, so read it if your case is unusual.
