Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow it at any time on our order tracking page using your order number.
Tracking information can take 2–3 business days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your order.
Where orders ship from
Satiovex products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Asia. Orders are shipped with a tracked international service through to your door — you do not need to collect anything or arrange anything with a courier.
Customs and import charges
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add handling fees or fuel surcharges.
For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may occasionally be applied by your local authorities depending on your country's rules. These are set by your government, not by Satiovex, and are outside our control. If you are unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@satiovex.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will either resend it or refund you in full — your choice.
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Your right to cancel
If you are in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. This is in addition to our own 60-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous and which we apply to every customer worldwide.
