Tracking your order

Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your local authorities depending on your country's rules. These are set by your government, not by Satiovex.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of the delivery window above, email us with your order number and we will resend or refund in full — your choice.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order. This is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
