These terms apply to every order placed on satiovex.com.

Products: we sell food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for prescribed medication or for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication (including diabetes or GLP-1 medication) or living with a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Orders and prices: prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, refunding you in full. Promotional offers apply only while they are displayed on the product page.

Payment: charges appear on your bank statement as SATIOVEX. Placing an order authorises us to charge the payment method you provide.

Subscriptions: if you choose a recurring plan, the price, the billing frequency and the way to cancel are shown before you confirm the order. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@satiovex.com, and cancellation takes effect before the next billing date.

Delivery: tracked delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days in the United Kingdom, 7 to 10 working days in Europe, and 8 to 12 working days in Canada and Australia. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns and refunds: our refund policy gives you 60 days from delivery to request a refund.

Liability: nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
