Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee

You can return your order for any reason within 60 days of delivery, even if the bottles are empty. Email contact@satiovex.com with your order number and we will confirm the next steps within 1 business day.

How refunds work: once your return is approved we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Charges from us appear as SATIOVEX.

Return shipping: return shipping is free. We will email you a prepaid label, so please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: email contact@satiovex.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled at no cost at any time before they are fulfilled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing contact@satiovex.com, and cancelling stops all future charges.

UK and EU customers: these terms are in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK and EU consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
