Shipping policy
Where we ship: we ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia, with tracked delivery on every order.
Shipping cost: shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no minimum number of bottles. Nothing extra is added at checkout.
Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times after dispatch. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
- United Kingdom: 5 to 7 working days
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain): 7 to 10 working days
- Canada and Australia: 8 to 12 working days
Delays or missing parcels: if your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the end of the estimated delivery window, email contact@satiovex.com with your order number and we will investigate and resend or refund it.
Incorrect addresses: please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will resend it once at no extra cost.
