We have a 60-day returns policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return or a refund — even if the bottle or pouch is empty.
How to start a return or refund
Email contact@satiovex.com with your order number and a short note about why you are returning. You can also use the form on our contact page. We reply within 24 to 48 hours during working days and will confirm the next steps.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Cost of returning an item
If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, we cover the full cost of return and you do not need to send anything back — a photograph by email is enough for us to replace or refund it.
If you are simply not satisfied and are returning under our 60-day guarantee, we also cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees and no deductions.

Always include your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to your account. Please wait for our confirmation email before posting anything, as we may be able to refund you without a return.
How long your refund takes
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, you will receive a refund of the payment within 7 working days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears on your statement within a further 5 to 10 working days.
If we have agreed a refund without a return, we process it within 7 working days of that email.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email us a photograph within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged and you do not need to return the item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost at any time before they are dispatched — just email us. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by email, and cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
Your statutory rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to this and is more generous. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
