Three magnesiumforms in oneserving.
TRI-MAG NIGHT combines three forms of magnesium — bisglycinate, L-threonate and taurate — in one serving of three capsules, providing 200 mg of elemental magnesium.
Three forms, one formula
Magnesium is supplied bound to another molecule. TRI-MAG NIGHT uses three: glycine, threonic acid and taurine. Scroll through what is in the bottle.
Bisglycinate
Magnesium bisglycinate: magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. In this formula it supplies 70% of the elemental magnesium per serving.
L-Threonate
Magnesium L-threonate: magnesium bound to threonic acid. In this formula it supplies 22% of the elemental magnesium per serving.
Taurate
Magnesium taurate: magnesium bound to taurine. In this formula it supplies 8% of the elemental magnesium per serving.
Descriptions above are of each form’s chemistry only. The authorised claims for magnesium are listed further down.
Where the 200 mg comes from
1,710 mg of magnesium compounds across three forms. Each contributes a different share of the elemental total.

200 mg of elemental magnesium
per serving
A magnesium compound is magnesium bound to another molecule, so the compound weighs more than the magnesium it supplies. Bisglycinate, for example, is about 14% elemental magnesium by weight — the rest is glycine. The figure that matters on a label is elemental magnesium: 200 mg per serving, from 1,710 mg of the three compounds.
In the box
A sealed bottle of 90 capsules, with the raw-material certificate published online.

The raw-material certificate
Including a plain description of what the document covers and what it does not. We would rather show you the paperwork than describe it.
See the raw-material certificate below
We publish the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis for the magnesium bisglycinate raw material. Read it in full, together with a plain description of what it covers and what it does not.
Authorised claims only
These are the health claims authorised for magnesium on the GB register. We use those and nothing else — no invented benefits, no implied outcomes.

Three capsules. That’s the routine.
Three, with water
Three capsules is one full serving, taken with water. Splitting the serving across the day is fine if you prefer.
Every day
Take one serving a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
One bottle, one month
90 capsules, 30 servings. When the bottle is empty the month is up — no counting.
Answered honestly
Why three capsules instead of one?
Each form is magnesium bound to another molecule, so only part of its weight is elemental magnesium. Bisglycinate is about 14% elemental magnesium by weight, L-threonate about 8% and taurate about 10%. Providing 200 mg of elemental magnesium across the three forms takes 1,710 mg of raw material, which does not fit into one capsule.
What is magnesium L-threonate?
Magnesium L-threonate is magnesium bound to threonic acid. In TRI-MAG NIGHT it supplies 44 mg of the 200 mg of elemental magnesium per serving, alongside bisglycinate (magnesium bound to glycine) and taurate (magnesium bound to taurine).
Is this independently tested?
Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we publish today is the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis for the magnesium bisglycinate raw material, issued by the producer’s QA department. It is not an independent third-party test and it is not a finished-product test. If independent finished-product testing is carried out, it will be published here.
Will this upset my stomach?
The formula contains three magnesium forms — bisglycinate, L-threonate and taurate — and no magnesium oxide or citrate. Some people are sensitive to magnesium supplements at any dose. If that is you, consider starting with one capsule and speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Why is it called NIGHT?
NIGHT is the product name. It is not a claim about what the product does. The authorised claims for magnesium are listed above and we have not gone beyond them.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Magnesium is generally taken alongside other supplements without issue. If you take prescription medication — particularly certain antibiotics, bisphosphonates or diuretics — check with your doctor or pharmacist, as magnesium can affect absorption.
How much magnesium should I be getting?
The EU nutrient reference value is 375 mg a day, most of which should come from food. One serving provides 200 mg, or 53% NRV — designed to top up a diet, not replace it.
